Migration Tools
By taking advantage of the topological similarities between mainframe and web-based systems, Chinasoft International has developed a technology called D-Structure. This technology makes it possible to provide automatic migrations of mainframe applications to the web. D-Structure follows the three-tier architecture design for web-applications. The middle-tier is developed with Java and J2EE standards on top of commercially available middleware products like BEA Weblogic, ATG Dynamo or IBM Websphere. All business logic resides in the middle-tier; any COBOL and RPG programs will be mapped into the middle-tier. D-Structure supports all major commercial databases including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Informix and Sybase.
