Energy Efficiency Management: Dynamically adjusts air conditioning and lighting based on pedestrian flow and weather, saving about 18% in comprehensive annual energy. Facility Operation and Maintenance: Elevators, chillers and other equipment are monitored online, with faults automatically dispatched, reducing average repair time by 50%. Convenient Travel: License plate recognition + parking guidance, queue calling system linked with intelligent guidance screens. IOC Operation Center: Campus managers can view key indicators such as security posture, energy consumption reports, equipment status, and parking occupancy in real time.

Solution

The total project amount is about 2.823 million yuan (tax included), completed and delivered in July 2021.
After going live, the campus safety incident response time was shortened from an average of 10 minutes to within 1 minute.
