Project Background

Since 2022, Hubei Provincial Public Security Department has focused on the security of public security information collection, transmission, and storage, jointly carried out technical research with advantaged enterprises in mobile police operating systems, police wireless local area network construction, and took the lead in trial use on police vehicles. Around the needs of law enforcement patrol, highway patrol, guard security, mobile view operations, intelligent escort, and counter-terrorism emergency response, jointly developed 8 new energy intelligent connected police vehicles based on domestic mobile operating systems, and conducted practical verification in Wuhan, Shiyan, and airport public security bureaus.

Solution

In the Yichang anti-terrorism drill, the Harmony-based vehicle-mounted system cooperated with drones and infrared sensing devices, completing the tracking and arrest of "suspects" within 5 minutes.
Police vehicles comprehensively use 5G, Beidou, Harmony, and infrared sensing technologies, transforming from traditional transportation vehicles to intelligent connected mobile police combat units.
Police vehicles are equipped with intelligent gateway security option boards, multi-layered OS kernel reinforcement, and national cryptographic SM1, SM2, SM3, SM4 algorithms to ensure secure connection of in-vehicle intelligent devices to the public security private network.
