Suzhou High-tech Zone Flood Control and Drainage and Living Water Self-flow Joint Control and Regulation Platform Project

Smart Water Conservancy

Project Background

Carried out Harmony transformation for 59 gate pumping stations in the high-tech zone, unifying protocol standards for terminal electromechanical equipment and water quality hydrological sensing equipment. Deployed edge controllers based on OpenHarmony to replace traditional PLCs, achieving edge-cloud collaboration and edge-side decision-making. Built a "one center, one platform, three systems" regional integrated water management hub, integrating mechanism models + AI models.

Solution

  • Data fusion and sharing, aggregation, governance, and sharing of multi-source data.
  • Model-supported decision-making, dual-wheel drive of mechanism models + AI models.
  • AI boosts efficiency, with visual AI and remote sensing AI providing all-round monitoring.
  • Minimalist operation and maintenance, inspection without going down the well, and dumb device status visible with one touch.
  • Key demonstration project of the Jiangsu Provincial Water Resources Department's three-year action plan for water conservancy digital transformation.

Customer Testimonial

"Based on the OpenHarmony technical base, through Harmony features and edge AI, we have achieved real-time sensing and control, unattended operation, and intelligent expulsion, bringing revolutionary changes to our district's flood control and drainage and water environment management."
