Xi'an systematically sorted out the technical parameters and production requirements of more than 3600 road intersections, released a scenario demand list, innovatively adopted the "challenge ranking and hero selection" mechanism, selected 8 enterprises to form an innovation consortium, and Chinasoft International was elected as the leading unit.

Solution

  • Xi'an systematically sorted out the technical parameters and production requirements of more than 3600 road intersections, released a scenario demand list, innovatively adopted the "challenge ranking and hero selection" mechanism, selected 8 enterprises to form an innovation consortium, and Chinasoft International was elected as the leading unit.
  • Transportation first, completed Harmony adaptation for 32 key devices such as radar-video integrated machines, traffic signal controllers, electronic police, and information publishing screens, with 16 models passing XTS certification.
  • Deployed Harmony integrated signal control intersections at pilot intersections such as Wenjing Road, achieving a linkage solution where radar-video integrated machines accurately perceive traffic flow and signal controllers dynamically regulate traffic lights.

Implementation Results

  • The first batch of pilot areas saw improved traffic efficiency, allowing new technologies to move from the "laboratory" into the "living scene."
  • Promoted the localization of hardware production such as radar-video integrated machines and signal machines, connected upstream and downstream manufacturers in the industrial chain, and driven output value growth.
  • Gradually formed a smart transportation scenario information industry chain group based on OpenHarmony.
