allmeta Enterprise Intelligent Operating System for the Energy & Power Industry

Energy & Power

Project Background

Full-stack Autonomous & Controllable Replacement: Based on Huawei Kunpeng + GaussDB, completed the SAP replacement of four core modules—finance, materials, projects, and equipment, migrated 157 TB of historical data, compressed the cutover time to 8 hours, and delivered a seamless user experience.

Solution

  • Integrated Business & Finance: Connected the three major processes of procure-to-pay, project-to-finance, and budget-to-control, enabling budget pre-allocation upon work order creation and voucher generation upon acceptance completion, shortening financial month-end closing from 7 days to 1.5 days.
  • Metadata Open Interfaces: Pre-embedded standardized AI interfaces for 300+ core business objects (units, work orders, materials, suppliers), allowing upper-layer agents to read status and trigger actions in real time.
  • Actionable Power Ontology Modeling: Built a grid semantic graph based on six Builders (covering 120 device types, 500+ attributes, and 800+ semantic relationships), formalizing operation tickets, protection settings, and safety constraints, so Agents can reason complex questions such as "Which users are affected by a trip on a certain line?" and "What is the remaining capacity of the backup path?"
  • Recovery Plan Generation & Controlled Execution Agent, Emergency Resource Intelligent Dispatch Agent, Sub-second Fault Location Agent, and Full-process Audit & Self-evolution Agent form a dispatch intelligence and emergency response network.

Implementation Results

  • The first-phase ERP replacement project passed acceptance one month ahead of schedule, meets the SASAC 2027 localization assessment requirements, and achieved 99.99% system availability.
  • Average fault location time was reduced from 30 minutes to 2.8 minutes, average outage duration (SAIDI) dropped by 37%, and annual outage losses were reduced by approximately RMB 32 million.

Customer Testimonial

allmeta is not a traditional ERP replacement project; it also embeds AI into core production processes such as dispatch, emergency response, and maintenance. The integration of business and finance enables us to achieve "cost aggregation upon work order completion" for the first time.
