Jinghong Next-Generation Smart Police Vehicle and Domestic Secure Law Enforcement

Project Background

Based on OpenHarmony, we built a basic operating system for the public safety industry, serving as a secure and trusted technical foundation for smart policing. Using layered design, we built an autonomous protection system from the kernel to the application layer, preventing risks such as terminal cracking, jailbreaking, attacks, and tampering.

Solution

Jinghong OS Deployment: Based on OpenHarmony, we built a basic operating system for the public safety industry, serving as a secure and trusted technical foundation for smart policing. Using layered design, we built an autonomous protection system from the kernel to the application layer, preventing risks such as terminal cracking, jailbreaking, attacks, and tampering.
Integrated Smart Police Vehicle Control: Built a security protection system integrating hardware security chips and software dynamic control, creating a "cloud-edge-end" three-level collaborative smart policing application system, achieving unified, secure, and compliant access of police devices to the public security private network.
Domestic Law Enforcement Recorder Solution: Debuted at the 2025 Police Expo with a domestic law enforcement recorder equipped with the Jinghong operating system, achieving technical autonomy and controllability from the bottom layer, supporting national cryptographic algorithm encryption, ensuring law enforcement data is fully traceable and tamper-proof, and passing the Ministry of Public Security security certification.

Implementation Results

Achieved secure interconnection and data fusion of police intelligent terminals of different brands and categories on the unified "Jinghong" foundation, effectively solving the command and collaboration bottlenecks caused by fragmented systems.
Through domestic encryption and full-process traceability system design, it provides solid technical guarantees for the requirements of "Public Security Organs Law Enforcement Standardization Construction."
The mobile edge collaboration system based on Jinghong has carried out pilot applications in Wuhan, Hubei and other places, exploring a replicable path for police digital upgrading.
