End-to-end operations build from 0 to 1: Chinasoft International, together with Huawei and the Xi'an Yanta District Government, completed the full-cycle operations system construction of the computing center from planning to go-live, covering computing resource planning, ecosystem partner engagement, market expansion strategy, and all other aspects.
Computing scheduling platform: Based on cloud-native architecture, we independently developed a computing scheduling platform centered on orchestration and scheduling technology, achieving optimal matching between computing demands (tasks) and computing resources through strategies and algorithms. It has been widely applied in scenarios such as government cloud, industry cloud, industrial cloud, hybrid cloud, AI computing centers, and supercomputing centers.
Industry-university-research ecosystem building: Jointly with universities and research institutes, we successfully carried out cutting-edge research projects such as the "Radar Remote Sensing Large Model" at Xidian University and the "Speech Pre-training Large Model" at Northwestern Polytechnical University, connecting the "government-industry-academia-research-application" closed loop.
Green data center: Computing equipment adopts native all-liquid cooling technology to replace air-cooling solutions, delivering higher energy efficiency and optimizing PUE to below 1.15, saving more than ten million yuan in electricity costs annually.

Implementation Results

Computing scale reaches 300P AI computing power + 8P HPC computing power, serving more than 180 ecosystem partners across government, research institutions, universities, and enterprise customers.
First-year sales exceeded ten million yuan, connecting with more than 180 ecosystem partners, and initially completed the construction of an AI ecosystem based on the Ascend full-stack domestic framework.
Enterprise customers have deployed multiple AI solutions, covering new media (Zhipu AI - Zhipu series large models), energy (Shengtong Technology - AI Industrial Safety Platform), remote sensing (Xi'an Ruishi Shuzhi - Intelligent Remote Sensing Image Interpretation Solution), and other fields.
Won the "2022 China IDC Industry Energy Efficiency Pioneer Data Center" award, becoming a benchmark example for intelligent computing center operations nationwide.
