Project Background

A large central state-owned power generation group faced the dilemma of "a large number of real business needs failing to be effectively converted"—hundreds of frontline business needs had been shelved for a long time due to insufficient supply capacity. Chinasoft International intervened with the AI BootCamp model, jointly working with the group's technical research institute and internal cadre empowerment organization, organizing 10 plants under the group to participate together.
