Industrial OpenHarmony + AIoT

Edge Intelligence and Production Site Digitalization

Functional Overview

Based on OpenHarmony and Ascend edge computing, we build an edge AI solution for intelligent interconnection of industrial equipment, localized data processing, and real-time control collaboration. It covers scenarios such as intelligent robots, AGV dispatching, equipment condition monitoring, energy consumption optimization, and safety behavior recognition.

Customer Pain Points

  • Factory equipment uses many protocols, making data collection and interconnection difficult.
  • Cloud inference latency is high and cannot meet millisecond-level control requirements.
  • Legacy equipment lacks intelligent sensing capabilities, and technical transformation costs are high.
  • Production sites lack a unified operating system and security protection.

Solution Advantages

  • OpenHarmony industrial distributed soft bus: enables plug-and-play and seamless connection of PLCs, robots, sensors, AGVs, and other devices, with latency << 1ms.
  • Edge intelligent inference: Ascend edge inference boxes support real-time video analysis (safety helmets, fire/smoke, violations), vibration analysis, voiceprint recognition, and more.
  • Atomic services and cloud-edge collaboration: AI capabilities are packaged as atomic services that can be flexibly invoked by MES, WMS, and other systems on the production line; cloud-trained models are pushed to the edge with one click.
  • Data security and purification: production data stays within the workshop, the Xingdun architecture ensures kernel security, and it meets industrial localization requirements.
