Full-process data governance and deep AI empowerment: For a steel group, we built a production-domain AI scenario project focusing on core production links. Through full-process data governance and deep AI large model empowerment, we successfully constructed an intelligent capability system covering process optimization, intelligent production scheduling, equipment early warning, and energy consumption control.
"1+N+1" architecture intelligent production system: Based on steel industry business scenarios and leveraging WeAutomate's data, AI, and orchestration capabilities, we identified 16 typical business management needs in the steel production process and constructed a "1+N+1" industry solution architecture (1 data foundation, N business scenarios, 1 operation platform).
Rapid application scenario launch: Achieved rapid launch of more than 10 application scenarios. Through the organic integration of five layers—operation center, application layer, platform layer, network layer, and equipment layer—we built a comprehensive, multi-dimensional intelligent production system.
Intelligent full-link closed loop: Relying on general computing, intelligent computing, storage and other foundational resources, combined with large models and tools, we provide full-link intelligent services such as intelligent design, predictive equipment maintenance, intelligent production scheduling, and quality inspection.

Implementation Results

The system can automatically generate scientific and reasonable production scheduling plans, improving scheduling efficiency by 50%, reducing production plan preparation time from several days to several hours, and achieving a scheduling accuracy rate of over 95%.
Achieved intelligent equipment early warning and energy consumption control, reducing unplanned equipment downtime by 40%, lowering unit product energy consumption by 12%, and saving tens of millions of yuan in annual energy costs.
The enterprise achieved a comprehensive leap in quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, cost reduction, loss reduction, and intelligent decision-making, with production efficiency increasing by 25%, product defect rate decreasing by 15%, and comprehensive operating costs decreasing by about 18%.
