Project Background
Building a localized digital foundation: leveraging OpenHarmony to create "Jihong OS," the digital base for connected highway electromechanical systems, addressing issues such as device heterogeneity, information silos, and inefficient operations in traditional tunnels. The project was selected as a 2026 OpenHarmony Leading Commercial Practice Case. Through deep integration of "three hardware and three software" systems, 24 categories of electromechanical equipment in the tunnel — including fans, cameras, lighting systems, and CO/VI detectors — were upgraded with OpenHarmony.
