The Lingxi Enterprise Agent Platform is a new-generation enterprise agent platform built by Chinasoft International based on years of industry AI deployment experience and numerous successful agent implementation cases. Version 3 takes Huawei's open-source agent framework openJiuwen as its foundation, providing powerful capabilities including data semantics and ontology construction, production-grade multi-agent collaboration and orchestration, scenario-enhanced OPS operations management, enterprise-grade skill center, and super-intelligent data-query and knowledge-query agents. The platform is fully adapted to Huawei Cloud Stack, supports hybrid cloud deployment, provides comprehensive security mechanisms, and strictly adheres to the rigid requirements of large central state-owned enterprises in security compliance and information technology innovation. The platform incorporates business terminology, business rules, business metrics, structured and unstructured data, and knowledge graphs into a unified semantic governance system. Relying on the allmeta ontology foundation, it achieves precise mapping from underlying data to top-level business logic. The platform has accumulated over 80 types of semantic elements and tens of thousands of real industry general semantic assets, enabling customers to rapidly build production-grade semantic layers without starting from scratch.
For serious scenarios with strong processes and low fault tolerance such as power production dispatching, the platform provides industrial-grade multi-agent collaboration, secure sandbox environments, and "human-in-the-loop" full-process intervention mechanisms to ensure full-process controllability and auditability. It provides unified visibility of operational status, call volume, success rate, latency, and token consumption on a single screen, supports second-level fault detection and minute-level root cause location, and can calmly handle high-pressure scenarios such as government consultation peaks and financial transaction peaks.
The platform has accumulated over 350 industry general and characteristic skills and over 500 tools. The data-query agent supports intelligent queries of hundreds of database tables with end-to-end accuracy exceeding 95%. The knowledge-query agent supports 14 mainstream document formats, with complex chart and long document parsing accuracy exceeding 96% for thousand-page documents, and hallucination rate below 1%, enabling industrial-scale application of data insights and knowledge services.
